AMO is a Florida limited liability company.

Information we collect

You give us information directly when you:

• Submit a booking, trial request, or contact form on our website (name, business name, work email, phone number, service address, industry, and any workplace details you choose to share).
• Email, call, or text us in response to our outreach or scheduling.
• Meet with an AMO advisor for an in-person walkthrough.

We also automatically collect limited technical information when you visit the site — IP address, browser type, referring page, pages viewed, and general location — through standard server logs and analytics.

How we use information

• Schedule and deliver your complimentary workplace trial.
• Respond to inquiries and coordinate ongoing service.
• Send transactional emails: booking confirmations, reminders, reschedules, and cancellations.
• Improve the website, our offerings, and the customer experience.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

How we share information

We share information only with the service providers we need to run AMO, and only for the purposes above:

• HubSpot — our customer relationship management system. Contact details and booking information submitted on our site are stored in HubSpot so our team can respond and schedule service.
• Lovable Cloud — our website and application platform, which hosts booking data with row-level access controls.
• Email delivery providers — used to send transactional messages related to your booking.
• Analytics providers — such as Google Search Console and standard web analytics, used in aggregate to understand site traffic.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect our rights, or in connection with a business transfer.

Cookies and tracking

We use a small number of first-party cookies and similar technologies for essential site function and to measure performance. You can control cookies in your browser settings; blocking them may affect parts of the site.

Data retention

We keep booking, contact, and CRM records for as long as needed to service you and to satisfy legal, tax, and accounting requirements. When information is no longer needed we delete or anonymize it.

Children

AMO's services are intended for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
